It's designed to allow your coach to assess your current posing ability, physique, and category requirements before progressing to ongoing coaching. We’ll cover self-analysis, mandatory poses specific to your federation, transitions, flow, strength poses, composure, and overall stage presence. This focused session ensures we create a strategic foundation for your posing journey. If you’re preparing for an upcoming show, we’ll also discuss a clear posing plan to ensure you’re fully posing-ready for the stage in time for your competition. What You’ll Receive: - A detailed breakdown of your posing strengths and areas for improvement - Initial corrections to address key issues - A personalised roadmap outlining the sessions and timeline needed to reach your posing goals Note: In-depth corrections, refinements, and ongoing development will be covered in follow-up "Online Posing Coaching Sessions". This ensures you progress with precision and peak perfectly for your show day.

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment within less than 72 hours before it is scheduled to take place or do not attend your appointment, you will be subject to your booking fee. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 72 hours prior to your appointment.
